Rooted, informed, family-centered health advocacy

Personalized support for parents navigating medical decisions, complex diagnoses, and a confusing healthcare system.

You shouldn’t have to become a medical expert just to get your child the care they deserve.

If you’ve ever felt dismissed, rushed, pressured, or confused by doctors — you’re not alone. Many parents are left trying to make life-changing decisions without support or clarity.

– I don’t know what questions to ask
– I don’t trust the recommendations I’m getting
– My child’s case feels complicated
– I need someone who sees the whole picture
- I need to know what my options are

What I do

As a nurse and patient advocate, I provide education, care coordination, medical record review, appointment preparation, and values-based decision support so clients can make informed choices that honor both their health and their beliefs.

I work alongside physicians and holistic providers — not in place of them — to ensure every client is heard, protected, and empowered.
